Lauren Gramann

Lauren interned at Williams for several years throughout college and joined the Williams team full
time as a project coordinator in 2020. Lauren is an enthusiastic designer who believes good design
should be informed by user experience and well-being, and connect back to the surrounding built
and natural environment. She is passionate about public space and how it can foster a sense of place
and togetherness in communities.
