Frank joined Williams Architects in 2000 and was named President in 2024 after serving
as Principal and Managing Principal. As co-leader of the Recreational Market Sector, he
brings deep expertise in community recreation design and a hands-on approach to
project delivery. A LEED® Accredited Professional, Frank also leads the firm’s Sustainable
Design Studio, applying sustainable strategies across all projects
