Andy is responsible for a wide variety of duties including client / consultant coordination,
specification writing, document development, permit procurement, and construction administration. Having managed multiple municipal and recreational projects during his tenure with Williams and at other firms, Andy possesses a deep knowledge and understanding of best practices in many project types as well as expertise in code compliance required for these facilities.
