Andrew R. Dogan

Andy joined Williams Architects in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager and now serves as a Managing
Principal. In this role, he leads the firm’s municipal, library, and cultural arts projects, bringing
expertise in consensus building and community engagement. His perspective as an elected Board of
Education member gives him a unique understanding of how officials balance capital needs with fiscal
responsibility while pursuing design excellence. Andy’s architectural leadership is further enriched by
his background as a performing musician with the DuPage and Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestras.
